The first laptops featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors began shipping nearly half a year ago. But so far we haven't seen any desktop computers with the chip except for Qualcomm's Snapdragon Dev Kit – and not only was that model aimed at developers rather than the general public, but it was also discontinued before most customers who had pre-ordered even received one.

Now Chinese mini PC maker GEEKOM is preparing to launch "the world's 1st" mini PC with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor.

A promotional image of the upcoming GEEKOM QS Series mini PC showed up on Chinese social media site Weibo, although it's worth noting that GEEKOM doesn't appear to have officially introduced the computer yet.

There's no word on exactly which Snapdragon X Elite processor the computer will use, but so far all of the chips bearing that name feature twelve Oryon CPU cores, 42MB of cache, at least 3.8 TFLOPS of graphics performance, and an NPU with up to 45 TOPS of graphics performance.

The promo image also shows a relatively compact computer with two USB Type-A ports on the front, along with a headphone jack and multiple holes that look like microphones. There's also what appears to be a full-sized SD card reader on one side, and dozens (maybe hundreds) of tiny holes in the sides of the case for ventilation.
