iPad mini
Apple didn't mention the iPad mini, but it still exists. With an 8.3-inch display, the device is bigger than a smartphone but smaller than what's commonly called an iPad.
It would have been nice to get the chip update on Tuesday, but at least the iPad mini is still within reach of the update.
Pen and keyboard
Now this is where it gets a little complicated. Some accessories work with some iPad models but not others.
Let's start with the pen. All iPads now support pens. Apple sells a basic USB-C Apple Pencil that works with all models for $79, making it the cheapest option. It attaches magnetically to your tablet, but you may need to use a USB-C cable to charge it.
